Rumipos.com, Makassar, Jumat, 02/10/2026 — IKA STKS/Poltekesos Sulsel explores collaboration with Sentra Wirajaya and BBPPKS Makassar and prepares for a regional meeting later in 2026.
Collaboration talks focus on social welfare services
Alumni representatives met with leaders from Sentra Wirajaya and BBPPKS Makassar to discuss partnership opportunities.
The meeting was attended by Syamsuddin Saido, head of Sentra Wirajaya, and Wiwit Widiansyah, head of BBPPKS Makassar.
Alumni officials present included Firman Mansyur, acting chairman, Ilham Agushari, acting secretary, Yasir Kurays (2008), Anshori (2011), and Rachmat Parawansyah.
Topics covered were social welfare services, education and training, competency enhancement for social workers, and community empowerment.
Strengthening alumni networks was also highlighted to align organizational activities with field needs.
Planned regional gathering
A regional meeting (Muswil) is planned for later in 2026, aiming to consolidate alumni across generations and shape the organization’s work program.
Firman Mansyur said the event should serve as a platform to boost alumni unity, increase contributions from social workers, and foster broader collaboration.
He added, “Kami ingin Muswil bukan hanya menjadi agenda organisasi, tetapi menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat persatuan alumni, meningkatkan kontribusi pekerja sosial, serta membangun kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak. Karena itu, kami sangat terbuka terhadap masukan dan arahan dari Sentra Wirajaya dan BBPPKS Makassar,” kata Firman Mansyur, Plt Ketua IKA STKS/Poltekesos Bandung DPW Sulawesi Selatan, Jumat, 02/10/2026.
The organization intends to keep communication with Sentra Wirajaya and BBPPKS Makassar as part of preparation for the meeting.
Officials hope discussions will evolve into concrete programs that benefit communities in Sulawesi Selatan.
The collaboration effort positions IKA STKS/Poltekesos Sulsel to expand its impact through joint initiatives and stronger networking.
